How ordering works

   Explore our apparel and accessories and open any product for details, photos and the size guide.

   Choose size and colour

   Pick your size and colour and add the item to your cart. Apparel runs XS–XXL; accessories are one size.

3. 3

   Secure checkout

   Enter your delivery details and pay through our secure checkout. Prices are in EUR including VAT; the shipping fee is calculated from the weight of your order and shown, with the total price, before you pay.

4. 4

   Quality-checked and shipped

   Every item is quality-checked at our warehouse before it ships. We pack your order and dispatch it from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, within 3–5 business days with a tracked courier. You receive an email with your tracking number when it ships.

5. 5

   Final sale once delivery starts

   Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once delivery and shipping start from our warehouse, all sales are final and no refunds or returns are accepted. Defective items remain covered by the legal guarantee.
