Shipping Policy
Shipping depends on destination, package size, carrier, and supplier confirmation. The final available method and price should be shown before payment is collected.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee. Supplier handling, customs, weather, carrier delays, and address problems can affect delivery time.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it can be checked from the Track Order page using the order ID and the email used at checkout. Tracking may take time to activate after dispatch.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address. Contact support as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
