Review measurements, color, batch, supplier availability, shipping destination, and the final order summary before placing an order. Contact support if any listing detail is unclear.
Requesting help
Keep the order ID, photos, and a description of the issue. Support may request evidence of damage, incorrect fulfillment, or a shipping problem before deciding the available remedy.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
