SharkSole collects only the information needed to operate the storefront, answer support requests, and process an order when payments are enabled.
Information we use
Depending on the feature you use, this can include your email address, delivery details, order information, saved preferences, and product-alert settings. Browser-only preferences such as theme, cart, wishlist, and alerts may be stored locally on your device.
Payments
When card payments are enabled, payment details are handled by the approved payment processor. SharkSole should not store full card numbers or security codes. The payment provider may require identity and business verification from the store operator, but that information is not displayed as part of the customer storefront.
Your choices
You can clear browser-stored preferences, unsubscribe from marketing messages, and request correction or deletion of personal information held for an order, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-handling reasons.
