Terms of Sale
These general terms of sale (CGV) govern all purchases made on the SharkSole website.
1. Seller

2. Products and prices
SharkSole sells its own apparel and accessories. Prices are in EUR including VAT. Colours may vary slightly between screens. The price applicable is the one displayed when you place your order.
3. Ordering and confirmation
You place an order by completing the checkout. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email, which summarises the items, price, delivery address and shipping fee.
4. Payment and secure checkout
Prices are in euros. You pay at checkout by card or with Bitcoin, and store credit on your SharkSole account can pay all or part of an order. By card, you are taken to the secure page of our licensed payment partner (checkout.sharksole.shop), where you pay your order's amount in euros by card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay where the partner offers them; on a first purchase, the partner may ask you to verify your identity. With Bitcoin, you pay through our own BTCPay Server: the euro amount is converted when your Bitcoin invoice is created, and you pay the exact Bitcoin amount shown, at the rate locked at that moment. We hold your order for the payment time shown when you place it; an order still unpaid at the end of that time is cancelled automatically and its items go back on sale. Refunds follow how you paid (section 8): a card payment is refunded as store credit, or by bank transfer if you ask; a Bitcoin payment is refunded in Bitcoin at the rate on the day of the refund, or as store credit if you prefer; a payment made with store credit goes back to your store credit. SharkSole never stores your card details or your wallet's keys.
5. Delivery
We ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, to France, the EU and internationally. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days, quality check included. Delivery times and costs are set out on the Shipping page. Orders ship on the Tax Free line: no customs fees to pay on delivery.
6. Order cancellations and final sale
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse, by notifying us through the contact page. Once your order has been dispatched and delivery has started, all sales are final and no cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted. Items arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect remain covered under statutory consumer guarantees.
7. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité, articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés, articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
8. Returns and refunds
Returns are described on the Returns page. Refunds for orders cancelled before dispatch are processed immediately or within 1 to 3 business days. A card payment is refunded as store credit on your SharkSole account, which you can use on any order; if you ordered as a guest, we ask you to create an account with your order's email, and to confirm that address, to receive it. If you would rather have your money back, tell us and we refund you by bank transfer instead. A Bitcoin payment is refunded in Bitcoin at the rate on the day of the refund, to a Bitcoin address you give us, or as store credit if you prefer. A payment made with store credit goes back to your store credit.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, nor for indirect losses.
10. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disputes
You can raise any dispute with us through the contact form on our website or by email at support@sharksole.shop. We answer within 2 business days.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU remain unaffected.
