These terms explain how catalog listings, supplier availability, orders, and support are handled.
Catalog and availability
Catalog information, photos, sizing, batch labels, and supplier availability must be confirmed before an order is accepted. A listing is not a guarantee that a supplier has a particular item available.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. An order is not final until the store confirms availability, shipping, and payment status. We may correct obvious pricing or catalog errors before confirmation.
Product and legal compliance
Products must comply with applicable laws, payment-provider rules, shipping restrictions, and marketplace policies. Items that cannot be lawfully supplied or processed will not be accepted for fulfillment.
